For the purchase of education/training material, a shift in date, duration, and location can be provided depending on the circumstances and availability of the opportunity. If not, the customer will need to forfeit the fee and costs.

Refunds

The circumstances under which refunds for the courses or products need to be extenuating are illness, death, or natural disasters. In case of power failure or internet outages, no
refunds will be provided, though an exchange in the section below will be considered.
